FBI seeks assistance solving homicide investigation on Navajo Nation

FBI seeks assistance solving homicide investigation on Navajo Nation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The FBI is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who killed Alvin Yazzie Jr. on the Navajo Nation.

His body was found in July 2017 about three miles north of the Chapter House in Sanostee, New Mexico.

The FBI said he suffered blows to the head. 

Yazzie was last seen with a Native American man, with whom he got into a fight with at a nearby home.
