Fire erupts northeast of Ruidoso

RUIDOSO, N.M. - A fire erupted northeast of Ruidoso Monday.

Video shot by KOB viewer Jesus Figueroa showed smoke billowing into the air.

Lincoln National Forest officials said the fire was contained after burning 38 acres.

No structures were damaged and no injuries reported.
