SANDOVAL COUNTY, N.M. - The New Mexico Environmental Department has issued a boil water advisory for a music camp in Sandoval County.

Hummingbird Music Camp, in Jemez Springs, has been ordered to boil all drinking water after E. coli was detected in water samples from the water distribution system.

Approximately 150 users are affected. They are advised to boil water for one minute, or three minutes if above 6,500 feet in elevation, before using the water.

Hummingbird Music Camp is a non-community public water system and officials say the advisory does not pertain to surrounding water systems.
