Mother was key in getting northern NM murder suspect to turn himself in

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— KOB has obtained the arrests warrant for Mark Hice, one of the suspects in a deadly shooting in northern New Mexico.

It reveals that Hice hid in Albuquerque following the shooting that killed Cameron Martinez.

According to the report, Hice’s turned himself in at his mother’s request.

The warrant states that Hice was shooting at cars that he thought were threats to himself because of an ongoing dispute.

Hice, Anton Martinez, Axel Zamarron and Hice’s girlfriend Brittany Garcia have been arrested in connection to the shooting death of Martinez.
