The president of the company mentioned the state when discussing expansion plans.

Lynsi Snyder told Forbes that New Mexico could follow Colorado after it completes its new supply center near Colorado Springs.

In-N-Out has a longstanding policy that all restaurants must fall within a day's drive from the nearest warehouse to ensure freshness.

The warehouse in Colorado Springs, which is expected to be completed by 2020, would be about six hours from Albuquerque.
