CATRON CO, N.M. - A wildfire has broken out in the Gila National Forest. Fire officials say the Ranch Fire broke out yesterday afternoon north of Saliz Pass.

It's burned approximately 300-400 acres and now is on the west side of US Highway 180.

Right now crews are working to keep the fire from reaching two power lines in the area. Fire personnel are fighting the fire from the air and ground.
