On Sunday, Raul Longoria and Kimberly Garcia hit the road with seven kids with their eyes set on the unique attraction. When they arrived, they were greeted by a festive group of Meow Wolf characters with gifts and cake to welcome them in.

The group of nine, from Deming, New Mexico, hit the one-million visitor mark.

"We're always traveling in a big group, so we always go big, but never this big," said Raul. "This is the first time for us and the first time as a family to see Meow Wolf. What a cool surprise, I'm still shocked."

The party of nine received free admission, and a basket full of gift certificates and Meow Wolf merchandise including a lifetime Meow Wolf pass.

Meow Wolf's House of Eternal Return opened just 28 months ago and has been a smashing success with $22 million in gross revenue, 350 full-time employees and more than $500,000 in donations to non-profits and public schools.
