Police say 19-year-old Anthony Parker attacked two residents at the complex. Then, when officers tried to take him into custody, he shattered a window and began throwing pieces of glass at them, according to a criminal complaint.

Parker allegedly ran away and also threw large rocks at officers before finally being arrested.

He is being charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and remains in jail with no bond set as of Saturday afternoon.
