I-25 reopened near Wagon Mound after police standoff

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Interstate-25 has been reopened after a police standoff near Wagon Mound.

The interstate was shut down for several hours as police tried to negotiate with a suspect who was barricaded inside a vehicle, according to New Mexico State Police.

That suspect was eventually taken into custody.

No injuries were reported.
