Racial slurs hurled during fight at Santa Fe youth basketball game

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Four women have been charged after getting into a fight at a girls’ basketball game in Santa Fe.

According to court documents, the fight took place Wednesday at the Santo Niño Regional Catholic School.

Reports from law enforcement state that Georgette O’Leary and Marie Vigil made racial remarks toward Adriana Cardenas and Norma Torres-Campos and a fight ensued.

The crowd stepped in to break it up.

All four women face a misdemeanor charge for public affray.
