ROSWELL, N.M. – The kids at Roswell Head Start were in for a big surprise, just in time to make their Christmas wishes come true.

The school teamed up with Desert Sun, a local car dealership, to donate 273 bikes to students today.

Juanita Baiza, the supervisor, enjoys putting a smile on her students faces this time of year.

“We just try to help them out as much as we can as a program, to see what we can supply them in whatever needs they may have,” Baiza said.

She said last year they gifted 333 bikes to each of her students.
