ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – If you're a fan of art, wine and jewelry, the southeast New Mexico mountain town of Ruidoso is the place to be this weekend.

The Zia and Ruidoso Art festivals are featuring plenty of events for the whole family. Mayor Lynn Crawford said the festivals show off our state's unique personality.

"It's all about New Mexico, and so a lot of our visitors are from west Texas, Texas in general," Crawford said. "They really like to get a taste of what's going on in New Mexico and see just how different we are (in) the Land of Enchantment."

Both festivals run through Sunday.
