ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- Sen. Richard Martinez was released from the Santa Fe County jail after serving four days for DWI and reckless driving.
Jail records show Martinez was booked into the jail on Friday.
A judge sentenced Martinez to 90 days in jail, but suspended 85 days. He was given credit for the day in jail he served when he was initially arrested, according to the Santa Fe New Mexico.
Martinez was convicted in December for crashing into an SUV on June 28 in Española.
