Police say Leotta Talbert was last seen leaving Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, though she hadn't been officially discharged. She stands 5-foot-7, has blue eyes with white hair and was most likely wearing a hospital gown when she left. She also still had her IV in place, police say.

Talbert also suffers from dementia, police say.

She may be driving her 2011 white Ford Fiesta, which has a New Mexico license plate 502SBM.

Anyone with information as to Talbert's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact Roswell police directly at 575-624-6770.
