SANTA FE, N.M. – Police say the man wanted for getting into a fight and firing shots at a Blake's Lotaburger is now in custody.

James Jochem turned himself in around 6 p.m. Tuesday, Santa Fe Police Department Public Information Officer Greg Gurule said. Police had issued an arrest warrant for Jochem after Saturday's incident on Airport Road.

Gurule said Jochem's arrest was a joint effort by SFPD, the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office and New Mexico State Police.
