SANTA FE, N.M. -- A grand jury indicted a third suspect arrested for the death of 13-year-old Jeremiah Valencia from Santa Fe County.

Jordan Nunez faces child abuse, tampering with evidence, conspiracy and obstructing a report of child abuse or neglect charges. Nunez's father, Thomas Ferguson, is accused of murdering Valencia in November.

Both Nunez and Valencia's mother, Tracy Pena, who was dating Ferguson, are accused of doing nothing to stop it and helping hide the body.
