Aaron Clark, Victor Apodaca, and Ricky Sena were taken back into custody after a police standoff in Clovis Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Curry County Sheriff's Office, they acted on a tip that the men were staying at an apartment, located at 1210 Dartmouth.

When officers arrived at the apartment, they say they tried to negotiate with the suspects. At one point during the negotiations, the Clovis Police SWAT Team exchanged fire with someone inside the apartment.

Eventually, the escapees surrendered and Jon Hausmann, 38, was arrested and charged with harboring and aiding a felon.

Clark and Apodaca were initially being held on charges that included possession of a firearm by a felon. Sena was being held on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. They all now face additional charges for escaping from the jail.
