Virgin Galactic to attempt another test flight

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.— Virgin Galactic is inching closer to putting astronauts in space.

The company may conduct the fourth test flight of its SpaceShipTwo plane Thursday.

The goal is for the spaceplane to fly higher and faster than ever before.

The test will take place at the Mojave Air and Space Port in California.

The long-term goal of the company is to provide commercial flights to space from Spaceport America in southern New Mexico.
