Zozobra goes up in flames in front of thousands

SANTA FE, N.M. - Zozobra did not disappoint.

He went up in flames around 9:30 to avoid incoming weather.

It only took a couple of minutes for Old Man Gloom to burn and fall to the ground, taking people's worries with him.

Thousands were in attendance at Santa Fe's Ft. Marcy Park to witness the spectacle, but about 100 spectators were not let in because the park was at capacity at the time Old Man Gloom began to burn.
