Bernalillo County offers free meals for chldren

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- Bernalillo County is offering children breakfast and lunch five days a week at six different county community centers.

The grab-n-go meals are served Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Mountain View Community Center, 201 Prospect Ave. SE
  • Paradise Hills Community Center, 5901 Paradise Hills Blvd. NW
  • Raymond G. Sanchez Community Center, 9800 Fourth St. NW
  • South Valley Multipurpose Center, 2008 Larrazolo Road SW
  • Vista Grande Community Center, 15 La Madera Road
  • Westside Community Center, 1250 Isleta Blvd. SW

Adults can drive-up to any of the centers, with their children in the vehicle, and center staff will provide a meal for every child. Any family with children are welcome to the meals.
