Goddard girls basketball rallies for tournament title

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The Goddard Rockets and the Santa Fe Demons faced off in the Goddard Holiday Tournament Championship Thursday.

Demons took an early lead with a strong drive from Kabreya Garcia Romero. The Rockets answered with a 10-nothing run.

Erica Cannon hit four free throws in the final minute. Goddard went on to win the tournament title, 41-36.
