Veronica Hernandez, who is a social worker, took notice of Charlie's music one afternoon when she was visiting with a patient.

“I was upstairs checking in on a patient and I hear this lovely music and sure enough I see one of the Lovelace staff members walking around with his guitar playing music and singing," she said.

Veronica wanted to show her appreciation to Charlie by nominating him for Pay it 4ward.
