ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The UNM men’s football team is trying to stay upbeat despite five straight losses.

The team is no longer bowl eligible.

However, the team wants to close the season strong.

They have a tough test Friday night when they take on Boise State.

"Everybody cares about each other,” said Lobo freshman Daevon Vigilant. “Nobody’s blaming each other. I feel that's the good part. We're just trying to send the seniors out with a good win"

Kickoff for Friday night’s game is set for 7 p.m.
