They blew a nine-point lead in the fourth quarter.

The Lobos have lost four games in a row.

They need to win the rest of their scheduled games to be eligible for a bowl game.

The schedule includes games against Wyoming, Boise State and Air Force.

Coach Bob Davie said looking at the Falcons is like looking into a mirror.

“They lost by three to Nevada, they lost by three to Army, they lost by four to San Diego State, Boise was close, Utah State was close, FAU was close,” Davie said. “The difference is every game they have lost have been close. We have had a couple blowouts.”

The Lobos play the Falcons Saturday afternoon in Colorado Springs.
