This time, it's the kind of streak they want.

New Mexico used a 16-hit attack and a complete game gem by Cody Dye to route the Rebels 11-2 at Santa Ana Star Field, in what would end up being one of the team's most complete victories of the season.

Dye struck out four and used 114 pitches to go the distance for his third win of 2018. Meanwhile, first baseman Connor Mang was one of the Lobos' many stars at the plate, going 3-for-5 with three RBI and a run scored.

The Lobos (14-22-1) will look to complete the series sweep against the Rebels (28-14) Sunday at 1 p.m. at Santa Ana Star Field.
