The last time the Lobos played the Aggies, a backcourt call cost the Lobos the ball and eventually the game.

The Lobos go into the game after losing to Fresno State.

Anthony Mathis said the team has to improve the little things in order to get a win.

"We've got to make free throws, we got to make layups,” Mathis said. “We just have to finish at the rim and be better than that, I mean honestly. We just got to finish games and get those big stops were desperate for"

Saturday's loss dropped the Lobos to 5-8 in the Mountain West Conference.

They are tied for seventh place.
