Riley McClanahan will run cross-country in the Ivy League for Princeton.

“When I first found out, I started crying. I was excited and happy. I couldn't believe it,” Riley said. “I went to visit the campus, actually, a couple of weeks ago. I found it to be just beautiful. The architecture and the environment was very welcoming, so I just thought it was a perfect fit.”

Two student-athletes at Eldorado will stay in the state for their college careers.

Lauren Griego will run cross-country and Eastern New Mexico University and Gracelyn Stubbs will play volleyball for the Greyhounds.

Two student athletes from La Cueva also signed letters of intent on Wednesday.
