NM United still leads the Western Conference after first shutout loss

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Sacramento Republic FC shut out New Mexico United 3-0 at Isotopes Park Saturday night.

It was United's  first shutout loss of the year and their first loss at home in their inaugural season. 

United still holds onto their first place spot in the Western Conference – leading by two points. 

Next up will be their first match with a MLS team: United will take on Colorado Rapids Wednesday in the U.S. Open Cup.
