UNM women prepare for two-game road stretch

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- The UNM women's basketball team is preparing for back-to-back games on the road.

The Lobos will play San Jose State Wednesday night and Fresno State Saturday.

The Lobos are currently second in the Mountain West Conference, a game behind Boise State.

Coach Mike Bradbury likes how his team rebounded from a loss last week.

"I thought we bounced back and played with some energy and focus and we got off to a good start and were able to sustain it. I thought we got Jaisa Nunn established inside early and often and that freed up Jayla and those guys to make threes," Bradbury said.

The Lobos are 19-3 overall and 9-2 in the Mountain West Conference.
