UNM's Kerr to go pro, forgo senior season

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – One of UNM's most decorated and successful runners is going pro.

On Sunday Lobo Athletics announced that track star Josh Kerr will forgo his senior season to run at the next level. Kerr was the 2017 NCAA champion in the 1,500-meter run, and recently finished third in the same event at this year's NCAA finals.

Kerr signed with the sports management company Total Sports.
