ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The 911 system was experiencing issues statewide Tuesday, according to the Tucumcari Quay Regional Emergency Communications Center.

In a Facebook post, officials said incoming 911 calls were being rerouted to another dispatch, but things seem back to normal Wednesday.

Bernalillo County officials said there was no outage in Albuquerque. However, 911 calls from all across the state were getting funneled through Bernalillo County’s Dispatch Center.

A spokesperson for the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office said they’ve had problems with T-Mobile in recent weeks routing emergency calls to the wrong place, but it’s unclear if that’s what is behind the intermittent outages.
