APD: 1 person killed in crash near Lomas and Girard

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The Albuquerque Police Department’s Motors Unit is investigating a fatal crash that happened near Lomas and Girard Friday morning.

According to police, the one-vehicle crash was discovered shortly after 6 a.m.

Police said one individual is deceased.

Eastbound lanes of Lomas were blocked at Dartmouth during the investigation.
