Azira coaching up United’s club team

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- New Mexico United’s Michael Ariza learns to coach and loves to learn.

He’s been an active member of every community he’s played in over the years, including his stops with Major League Soccer teams in Seattle, Chicago, and Colorado.

Azira and teammate Daniel Bruce are helping out the New Mexico United academy, a brand-new club team which kicked off its inaugural season.

"Thankful for the opportunity because we learn as well," Azira said. "We grow as individuals because in the future would like to help as many players as we can send so we enjoy it."

Azira will be helping out with New Mexico United’s upcoming summer camps in Albuquerque.
