ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The City of Albuquerque is beginning work on the Rail Yard Streetscape Project.
The project is aimed at upgrading 2nd Street to make it safer for pedestrians and bicyclists.
It is unclear when the project is set to wrap up.
