Floth and Kirton making most of extra season with UNM

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The University of New Mexico Lobos have a large core back from last season, especially in the midfield.

Cami Floth and Alexa Kirton are among the players that got an extra year of eligibility from the pandemic.

"I came back from an ACL also it was definitely a huge standard I set for myself to get back all year on the field because it was a crazy year between Covid and stuff it was just insane," said Floth.

Both were key contributors in the Lobos NCAA tournament run.

"Coming back if I can stay here forever I would, it’s such a good environment and so fun that it was the easiest decision ever,” said Kirton.

Both are working on a master’s degree in business.
