High school wrestlers wrap up state tournament

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The state high school wrestling finals wrapped up Saturday.

In the boys 5A 106 lbs weight class, Rio Rancho’s Marcus Williams dominated. He won 14-3.

In the girls finals, Miyamura’s Lorianna Piestewa won 11-2 in the 106 lbs weigh class.

Farmington won the team title. On the girls side, Miyamura was the champ.
