La Cueva boys and girls basketball prep for state quarterfinals

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — La Cueva basketball is having a big year. The boys and girls teams are back in the state quarterfinals.
Alumni Brian Joyce and Marisa Cogan led the Bears to district titles.
Both teams will get to host the quarterfinals. The girls will play Organ Mountain at 6 p.m. Tuesday, and the boys will take on Los Lunas at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
