ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Lobo quarterback Trae Hall had a busy day in Saturday’s Cherry & Silver game.

Hall was under center for the majority of the game since Rio Rancho grad Isaiah Chavez was sidelined due to an elbow injury.

Head coach Danny Gonzales said Hall was a bright spot for the offense, who struggled to score.

Hall said he was happy to help the team and get the extra reps.

"There’s more plays out there that could be more explosive, but it was fun today," Hall said. "We’re not gonna hang our heads. It was fun. We were competing with each other. Another opportunity, another day to come out here and compete."
