Man killed in NW Albuquerque shooting Monday

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A man who was shot Monday evening in northwest Albuquerque has succumbed to his injuries.

APD responded to 232 63rd St. NW, shortly after 5:30 p.m. Monday, where they found the man on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

By KOB 4’s count, this is the 110th homicide investigation APD has conducted this year. That homicide total does not include a state police investigation into a double homicide or BCSO investigations at Albuquerque addresses.
