ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Las Vegas has been rockin’ the last few days for the Mountain West media summit.

UNM’s Jerrick Reed and Kyle Stapley were two out of 24 Lobos that got an extra year of eligibility due to COVID-19.

"Guys are locking in right now, taking advantage of the time we have to better learn the offense, to get some extra reps in, because here in two weeks it gets real," Stapley said.

Stapley is known for being an outdoorsman.

"So I always grew up around agriculture, it’s something my dad’s always been a part of, it’s something I want to be a part of my life," he said. "My future children, I want to raise them to work hard. It taught me a lot of good things."

Reed is also known for being the best dancer on the team. He took some time to show off some moves with Brandon Ortega.
