NM United emphasizing scoring in practice

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- New Mexico United returns to The Lab Wednesday.

United will take on San Antonio FC, which knocked New Mexico out of the playoffs last season.

United has emphasized scoring in practice. The team has only scored one goal in their last three games.

"Main word we’ve been using this week is being a little more dynamic since we know the teams are maybe drop a little more and crossing more runs like maybe not expecting to get the ball yourself," said Amando Moreno.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
