ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Bernalillo County District Attorney Raúl Torrez is taking on Facebook again.
Torrez says Facebook has repeatedly refused to turn over account information pertaining to members of the New Mexico Civil Guard, an extremist group sued by the district attorney’s office.
