UNM softball drops opener to Colorado State

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The UNM softball team was back at home for the first time since February 2020.
UNM took on Colorado State for a double header.
The Lobo defense started off the highlights after a 4-6-3 double play kept the game scoreless.
In the bottom of the second, UNM’s Reyan Tuck RBI double drives.
In the end, it wasn’t enough to hold off the Rams.
Colorado State beat the Lobos 3-2.
