UNM women return to The Pit to battle Nevada

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — UNM women’s basketball return to The Pit to battle Nevada after losses to Colorado State and Wyoming.
The Lobos enter the Wednesday night conference rivalry match with a record of 9-7 overall and 1-2 in conference play.
Coach Mike Bradbury believes they have to play better defense, whether they’re knocking down a shot or not.
“We can’t let our office affect our defense. We missed some shots early that we normally make and then it affects our defense a little bit,” Coach Bradbury said. “It’s just being able to overcome that and being able to play through it.”
