ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — If you’ve lived in New Mexico for a while, you likely have a soft spot for tAllsup’s and a chimichanga – and Aaron LaCombe has the song for you.
LaCombe was performing in Roswell one day and stopped for a bite to eat at Allsup’s afterward. That inspired an ode to Allsup’s burritos that garnered him some fame.
LaCombe stopped by the KOB 4 studio to talk about the song and to perform a song.
