APD investigating homicide near Lead and 6th

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque police officers were called to a shooting on Lead Avenue near 6th Street Tuesday afternoon.
Police say one person was shot and taken to the hospital, where they died.
Detectives are starting a homicide investigation. Information is limited at this time.
