ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — BCSO has arrested the third teen suspect in a drive-by shooting that killed a 5-year-old girl.

Bernalillo County deputies arrested 15-year-old Alan Ramirez Wednesday. This comes two days after APD announced the arrests of two other suspects in the shooting.

On that day, APD also formally charged Ramirez’s older brother, 17-year-old Jose Luis Ramirez. Police are still searching for him.

All four suspects face charges of murder, conspiracy, shooting at an occupied building, shooting at or from a motor vehicle and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Police say two stolen Kia Souls entered the Vista Del Sol mobile home park around 5:48 a.m. on August 13. The four teens allegedly fired off at least eight shots.

5-year-old Galilea Samaniego was sleeping in one of the trailers at the time and was hit and killed by one of the bullets.
