BCSO detains armed person, bosque reopens

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Bernalillo County deputies were searching for an armed subject in the bosque Friday morning around 10 a.m.

BCSO was searching the area between Alameda and Paseo del Norte. The armed person was later taken into custody by 11:30 a.m. Friday.

The area is back open again.
