BCSO: Fatal motorcycle crash in SW Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Two people were killed in a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle Monday morning in southwest Albuquerque.

Bernalillo County deputies were dispatched just after 3 a.m. to the crash, near Atrisco and Bridge. They arrived and found a man who died, believed to be the driver of the motorcycle. Deputies also found a man in the rear passenger of the vehicle who had died in the crash.

Four occupants of the vehicle, including the driver, were transported to UNMH for various injuries.

Traffic was closed in both directions for around three hours Monday morning before reopening at around 6:40 a.m.
