ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Rain has persisted Wednesday in much of New Mexico, especially west of I-25 and toward the Albuquerque metro, woke up to petrichor in the air and puddles everywhere.

Highs will only reach the 70s and 80s but some places may see the 90s. By the evening, rain should start to roll out of some areas, such as the Albuquerque metro, and create drier conditions but rain chances will linger.
